Stephen N. Polezonis, OD

Dr. Polezonis received his BA in History from DePauw University, Greencastle, Indiana, in May of 1977. He has studied at Trinity College, Hartford, CT (Economics), Central Connecticut State University (Basic Sciences and Mathematics) and the University of Houston (pre-Optometry). He received his Doctor of Optometry from the New England College of Optometry in May of 1987, his Therapeutics Certification from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry in 1992 and his Advanced Optometric Practice Certification and Diplomate in Glaucoma from the State University of New York College of Optometry in 1996.

Dr. Polezonis has been in practice in central Connecticut since 1987 in a variety of settings including private practice, group Optometric and multi-disciplinary group practice. He joined DR. PAVANO & Associates in 2003 and practices full scope Optometric care in New Britain and Bristol, providing comprehensive eye examinations for children and adults as well as ocular disease treatment and management, including glaucoma, and contact lens fitting.
